Publish jobs to Nav
Connect Nav in Settings → Integrations, what Attia sends with each ad, and how to disconnect.
Overview
Nav runs arbeidsplassen.no, Norway's public job board. Connect Nav in Settings → Integrations, and Attia publishes your jobs there. Publishing on Nav is free.
Who can connect it
Only a workspace admin can connect Nav, change its settings or disconnect it. Members can open the page and see the connection, but can't change it. Guests can't open the page.
- Open Settings → Integrations and choose Nav.
- Choose Enable.
- Fill in the org number of the unit that hires, the contact person and the career site for the apply link.
- Choose Connect.
When Nav is connected, the page shows who connected it and when, and the settings you sent.
What Attia sends
| Setting | What Nav does with it |
|---|---|
| Org number of the hiring unit | Tells Nav which unit hires. Use the 9-digit number of the sub-unit that hires (underenhet, virksomhetsnummer), not the main company's. |
| Career site for the apply link | Apply on Nav opens the job on this career site. Only a published career site can be chosen. |
| Renew automatically | When an ad on Nav expires, Attia puts it up again. |
| Contact person | Nav shows the name, title, email and phone on the ad. |
You can change each setting after you connect.
Nav reviews each ad before it goes live. Nav keeps its own copy of an ad, even after the ad comes down from arbeidsplassen.no.
When workspace setup imports your company's ads from Nav, each job's Nav row shows Active, with a link to the ad. You don't need to connect Nav for this.
Attia can't change or stop an ad that another system posted, so you remove the ad on Nav. Unpublishing the job in Attia leaves the ad on Nav. When the ad has gone from Nav, Attia closes the job on its own.
Disconnecting takes two steps, because your ads have to come down first.
- On the Nav page, open Connected and choose Disconnect, then confirm. Attia takes your ads off Nav.
- When the ads are down, choose Finish disconnecting.
The settings stay on the page, so connecting again starts from them.
