Making the most of Attia Business
What the Business plan adds, why each feature matters and where to read more.
Overview
The Business plan adds features for workspaces where several teams hire, where some hiring is sensitive, or where people outside the company take part. This guide goes through each one: what it is, why it matters and where to read more.
Billing and plans compares the plans and explains how to change yours.
Insights
What it is: Insights draws a chart of the records in a list of jobs, applications or candidates.
Why it matters: You see where applications pile up without counting rows. Use it to answer questions like these:
- Which jobs hold the most applications right now?
- Which status are most of a team's applications sitting in?
- How long have applications been waiting since they came in?
Below Business the insights button stays disabled, and its tooltip reads Upgrade to Business to use Insights.
Private teams
What it is: A private team restricts its jobs and applications to a smaller group.
Why it matters: Some hiring should not be visible to the whole company, such as an executive search or a role that replaces someone. The article explains who can see a private team.
Sub-teams
What it is: A sub-team sits under another team. Business allows one level of sub-teams.
Why it matters: A specialized group can run its own hiring inside a larger one, such as Germany under EMEA. A sub-team can take its parent's application statuses with Inherit statuses from parent team, so both report in the same terms.
Guest accounts
What it is: A guest is a person in your workspace who reaches only the teams they are added to. A workspace admin adds one by inviting them with the Guest role. See Invite members.
Why it matters: An outside interviewer, an agency recruiter or an advisor can take part in one team's hiring and see nothing else. Members and roles lists what a guest cannot do.
SLA rules
What it is: An SLA puts a deadline on an application. On Business, rules set one automatically on the applications that match the rule's filters.
Why it matters: A slow reply can cost you the candidate. A rule gives every referral, or every application to a senior role, a deadline without anyone setting it by hand.
Team owners
What it is: On Business a team's leads are its owners, and the team's Access and permissions page decides what the other members can change: All team members or Admins & team owners only. See Team owners.
Why it matters: The people who run a team's hiring keep control of its settings and members, and workspace admins do not have to make every change themselves.
