How applicant tracking systems are priced
Vendors charge in three common ways.
Per user per month
You pay for each person who uses the system, and the price is on the website. The cost grows with the team, not with the number of jobs. Attia is priced this way.
By company size
The price depends on headcount or on how many people you hire a year. You get the price in a quote after a sales call.
Per job ad
You pay for each ad you publish, and handling the applicants is included. The cost follows how many jobs you post.

What do I get on Free?
Free costs $0, and you need no payment card. The plan has:

What happens at 100 applications?
New applications still come in. Over the limit, applications turn read-only until you delete some or move to a higher plan. Archived applications do not count, and jobs and candidates are unlimited on every plan.
How does billing work?
You pay per user per month. You can pay for Basic and Business monthly or yearly, and yearly costs less. You can pay for Enterprise yearly only.
How do I cancel?
You cancel under Settings > Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then the workspace moves to Free. No data is deleted. Above the Free limits, applications turn read-only until you delete some.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Basic, Business, and Enterprise come with a 14-day free trial. You add payment details when you start and pay once the trial ends. Each workspace gets one trial.
