Attia Agent shows its work
Zoom imageAttia Agent answered in plain text. When it found nine applications you read nine names in a paragraph, when it created a candidate you went looking for the record, and when it handed work to a helper the chat showed one line until the helper was done.
Replies now show the records themselves. Two or more records draw as rows you can open, a record Attia Agent creates gets a card, and a helper's steps show in the chat as they happen and stay there. Attia Agent also drafts jobs from your job templates, reads the questions on a job and the job's column on the board, and runs on a newer AI model.
Say you hire for a coffee roaster. Ask Attia Agent which candidates applied to the Barista job, and it answers with one row per application, each with its status. Point at a row to see more, or choose it to open the application. To start, choose Agent in the sidebar.
Record cards and record lists
When a reply names two or more records, Attia Agent lists them as rows, each with a hover card. When it creates a job, a candidate, a Loop or an application, the reply shows a card for it, such as Created candidate over the person's name, headline and applications. Choose a row or a card to open the record.

When you ask Attia Agent to change a career site page, it hands the work to a helper that edits the site. Until now the chat showed one line while the helper worked, and its steps were gone after a reload. The chat now shows the helper's steps as they happen, one level in under Editing the career site, and keeps them when you come back to the chat. While Attia Agent works, open the working line to read its steps so far.
Drafts from your job templates
Ask Attia Agent to draft a job, and it starts from the job template that fits, team templates included, and keeps the template's formatting. This works in the Create job dialog and on a job's own page.
Job questions and board status
Attia Agent reads the questions on a job or a job template, and adds, removes, reorders or marks one Required when you ask. It asks before it adds a new question to your library. It also reads the column each job sits in on the board, so you can ask which jobs are in a column. A job's status still means whether it is live on the career site.
A newer AI model
Attia Agent now runs on a newer AI model, priced at the same rates as the one before.
- Agent Added the date and time above an Attia Agent chat, and again when the chat carries on into a new day.
- Agent Changed an Attia Agent chat to open straight away, with no Loading line.
- Views Added a line under the board that counts the jobs your filters hide, with Clear Filters.
- Agent Fixed a job drafted by Attia Agent not joining the career site when the workspace has only one, and starting with no application questions.
- Agent Fixed a job status set by Attia Agent reaching the career site late; the site now updates at once.
- Agent Fixed the approval card for publishing or closing a job leaving out what it would do; it now names the action and the job.
- Agent Fixed Attia Agent replying twice after you approved an action.
- Agent Fixed a sent message and the Thinking line appearing only after a pause.
- Agent Fixed an answer getting lost when you left the chat before it finished; Attia Agent now finishes and saves it.
- Agent Fixed a move to another page closing the Attia Agent chat you had open.
- Agent Fixed the message you see after your last Attia Agent chat for the period leaving out when you can write again.
- Agent Fixed Attia Agent making up an email address for a new candidate; it now asks for an email or phone number when you gave neither.
- Candidates Fixed a label change on the candidate page showing in a saved candidate view only after a reload.
- Candidates Fixed the candidates list counting rows when filters hid everything; it now says how many candidates the filters hide.
- Jobs Fixed choosing Active on the Jobs list landing on All, and Jobs in the sidebar forgetting the tab you chose last.
- Views Fixed the board, list and timeline stopping at 50 rows.
- Views Fixed a card dropped into another swimlane moving that swimlane.
- Authentication Fixed signing in with a Google account that has no Attia account sending you back to sign-up to start over; it now carries on to setting up your workspace.
- Workspace Fixed a page that failed to load showing Not found; Attia now tries once more on its own, then offers Try again.
- Workspace Fixed a click inside a dialog folding the sidebar when it landed near the sidebar's edge.
- Accessibility Fixed screen readers reading out the icon on the details panel button in English.
