About the role
You will join a small team that values product taste, direct communication, and careful execution. The work is practical, collaborative, and close to customers.
What you will do
- Run thoughtful outbound to hiring leaders and founders at growing companies.
- Book exploratory conversations that turn into great fits for both sides.
- Bring market signal back to the team so our product and message keep getting sharper.

- Strong judgment and a bias toward clear, maintainable work.
- Comfort operating in an early team with ownership and ambiguity.
- Care for craft, speed, and the long-term quality of the product.
Location and work mode
Remote role based in Europe, Remote. We work async by default, with intentional live collaboration when it matters.
